Terms and Conditions

  • The KrisFlyer Miles will be awarded only on spends covering Room Tariff + Taxes + Dinner + Lunch.
  • No KrisFlyer Miles will be awarded for the spends done on Transfers, Concierge Service, Spa Consumption, experiences etc.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offer(s).
  • Earning of KrisFlyer Miles is only applicable on net payments, i.e., the amount paid by the KrisFlyer member exclusive of taxes.
  • Third-party booking (Travel Agents, Online Travel Agents, etc.) are not eligible to earn KrisFlyer Miles.
  • This offer is valid only for Evolve Back Properties located in India — specifically Coorg, Kabini, and Hampi.
  • Make a web reservation at any of Evolve Back properties in India using the dedicated KrisFlyer web page: www.evolveback.com/krisflyer.html
  • KrisFlyer members must provide their correct 10-digit KrisFlyer Membership ID to the Evolve Back reservations team at the time of reservation and reconfirm the same at the time of any enquiry from Evolve Back.
  • KrisFlyer members can also book directly on the Evolve Back Website, using the promo code “KRISFLYER-EB”
    • The Evolve Back Holiday expert will call directly to confirm your KrisFlyer Membership ID along with the booking details.
    • Only if the customer has used the above-mentioned promo code will Evolve Back recognise the customer as a KrisFlyer Member and only then will they be eligible for KrisFlyer Miles.
  • If the KrisFlyer ID is not mentioned or if an invalid KrisFlyer ID is entered at the time of booking, KrisFlyer Miles cannot be claimed for stays at Evolve Back.
  • The KrisFlyer member should be present for and complete the stay to claim the offer. The offer cannot be transferred to other bookings.
  • Earned KrisFlyer Miles will be credited within 30 days of the successful completion of your stay. Points will be credited to the KrisFlyer ID provided during the time of booking.
  • The offer is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, KrisFlyer and Evolve Back Resorts retain the right to make the final decision.
  • Evolve Back Resorts may, at its discretion, amend the number of KrisFlyer Miles earned under the partnership offer.
  • This offer is subject to availability at the time of booking and is not related to cancellation.
  • Your reservation is subject to standard Evolve Back Resorts cancellation policies. Click here for the detailed cancellation policy. KrisFlyer Miles will not be awarded if the booking is cancelled.
  • By using this offer and making the purchase, members are considered to have accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned above, any terms and conditions stipulated on the web portal, and any terms and conditions specified as part of the reservation.
  • KrisFlyer terms and conditions will prevail for the process of crediting KrisFlyer Miles.
  • This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this partnership offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

CREDIT VOUCHER TERMS

 
  • Cancellations received 14 days prior to check-in - You’ll receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid, with unlimited validity & you can redeem it for stays anytime in the future.
  • Cancellations received within 1 to 14 days of check-in - You’ll receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid, with certain blackout dates during which the voucher cannot be redeemed. Please contact us for more information about our blackout dates.
  • Cancellations received within 24 hours of check-in - Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount will be applicable.
  • Please note that Credit vouchers will be issued for the full amount paid. These vouchers will be subject to the rates and offers available at the time of redemption, and the original booking offer may not apply.
 


CHECK-IN DOCUMENTATION

 
  • INDIAN NATIONALS: As per Govt. regulations, Indian nationals are required to provide a proof of identity in original for the Primary Guest in each room such as PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter’s ID/Aadhar Card/ Passport at the time of check–in.
  • NON-INDIAN NATIONALS: All foreign nationals are required to produce their original Passports along with a copy of their Visa, and those working in India, their Residential Permits as well, at the time of check-in.
