Assured Holidays with unlimited flexibility :
Indulge in 15 luxurious nights over 3 years at any of Evolve Back's stunning destinations. We ideally recommend a 5-night holiday each year, which can be used in any combination—whether all nights at the same resort or split across various dates and resorts. If you would like to use all 15 nights together, you are welcome to do so as well.

Locked-in Rates:
Secure your holidays at today’s prices, regardless of any future rate increases. This benefit ensures you have memorable vacations without worrying about future price increases.

Loyalty Privileges:
As an Evolve Back Elite member, you will receive ₹15,000 worth of resort credit to enhance your stay. This credit is designed to be spread across your visits, with each night of your stay providing ₹1,000 in credit. For example, a stay of three nights would provide you with ₹3,000 in credit to use during that visit. This credit can be used towards meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and select chargeable experiences.

Intimate Dining:
Every time you stay with us, indulge in one of our signature private dining experiences in an exotic location, exclusively set for you & your family. This includes a personal chef, live counter, private butler, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and much more.

Room upgrades and Spa Discount:
Your Evolve Back Elite membership entitles you to a 20% discount on all spa treatments. Also enjoy a complimentary room upgrade every time you stay with us, (subject to availability upon check in). There may be instances where an upgrade may not be possible due to operational reasons, even when rooms are available. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to offer an upgrade whenever feasible. Kindly note that all room upgrades remain at the sole discretion of Evolve Back Resorts.

Gifting Opportunities:
Your Evolve Back Elite membership nights can be gifted to your loved ones, allowing them to enjoy the same elite privileges as you. To gift your room nights, simply send us an email with the details, and we will create an elegant gift card with your personalised message.

Dedicated Elite Expert:
Enjoy personalized service with a dedicated Elite expert - your single point contact for tailored holiday planning. Your Elite Expert will assist you with making reservations, arranging dining experiences, fulfilling special requests and more.
 

EVOLVE BACK ELITE – MEMBERSHIP PLANS

 

The prices listed above are for a total of 15 nights over a period of 3 years at any Evolve Back Resort property. These prices are for a couple and include breakfast, dinner, and all applicable taxes. Both plans include all Elite Membership benefits as outlined.

• The Standard Membership Plan is eligible for stays in the Lily Pool Cottage (Coorg), Safari Hut (Kabini), and Nilaya (Hampi).

• The Premium Membership Plan is eligible for stays in the Heritage Pool Villa (Coorg), Pool Hut (Kabini), and Jal Mahal (Hampi).
   

Extra Occupancy Rates:
Additional occupants will be charged as per the rates listed below.

• Children below 06yrs - Complimentary, sharing bed with parents

• Children aged 06 – 11 yrs - ₹ 5,000/- per child per night, with an extra bed, breakfast, dinner, and all taxes.

• Extra occupancy aged 12 yrs & above - ₹ 7,000/- per person per night, with an extra bed, breakfast, dinner, and all taxes.

• To ensure availability on your preferred dates, we recommend making a reservation at least one month in advance through your Elite Expert, as all bookings are subject to availability.

• Validity: The Evolve Back Elite membership is valid for stays from 1st October 2024 to 31st December 2027, except for the following black-out dates:

• Black-Out Dates supplement: We understand that Elite members may wish to use their membership during these black-out periods. Members are allowed to stay on black-out dates by paying a supplementary charge of ₹15,000 per room per night under the Standard Plan or ₹18,000 per room per night under the Premium Plan. These rates are for a couple and include breakfast, dinner, and all taxes.

  • ​​​​​Please note: Membership nights cannot be redeemed during the premium period from 20th December to 31st December across all membership years.

• Cancellation Policy: At Evolve Back Resorts, we understand that your plans can change unexpectedly. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before check-in & we will issue you a credit voucher for the cancelled nights. This credit voucher will be issued within 15 days of your cancellation, post which it can be used for future reservations with all the same Elite benefits.

  • Please note: For cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in a 100% cancellation penalty will apply, and the cancelled membership nights will be forfeited.

• Refund of the unutilized nights: Any unutilized membership nights as of 1st January 2028 will be refunded on a pro-rata basis by 31st January 2028.
